SEC. 2891. AUTHORITY TO USE FUNDS FOR CERTAIN EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES. Section 2008 of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking out “section 10” and all that follows through the period at the end and inserting in lieu thereof “construction, as defined in section 8013(3) of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 (20 U.S.C. 7713(3)), or to carry out section 8008 of such Act (20 U.S.C. 7708), relating to the provision of assistance to certain school facilities under the impact aid program.”.
