RESIDUAL VALUE REPORTS.
SEC. 2896. RESIDUAL VALUE REPORTS. (a) Reports Required.— The Secretary of Defense, in coordination with the Director of the Office of Management and Budget, shall submit to the congressional defense committees status reports on the results of residual value negotiations between the United States and Germany. Such status reports shall be submitted within 110 STAT. 59330 days after the receipt of such reports by the Office of Management and Budget. (b) Content of Status Reports.— The status reports required by subsection (a) shall include the following information: (1) The estimated residual value of United States capital value and improvements to facilities in Germany that the United States has turned over to Germany. (2) The actual value obtained by the United States for each facility or installation turned over to Germany. (3) The reasons for any difference between the estimated and actual value obtained.
