SEC. 3151. REPORT ON FOREIGN TRITIUM PURCHASES. (a) Report.— Not later than May 1, 1996, the President shall submit to the congressional defense committees a report on the feasibility of, the cost of, and the policy, legal, and other issues associated with purchasing tritium from various foreign suppliers in order to ensure an adequate supply of tritium in the United States for nuclear weapons. (b) Form of Report.— The report shall be submitted in unclassified form, but may contain a classified appendix.
