SEC. 1769. 4-CHLORO–2-NITRO ANILINE. Subpart B of part 1 of the Appendix is amended by inserting in numerical sequence the following new items: “ 908.02 4-Chloro–2-nitroaniline (CAS No. 89–63–4) (provided for in item 404.88, part 1B, achedule 4) Free No change On or before 12/31/90 ”,
