special notification requirements Sec. 520. None of the funds appropriated in this Act shall be obligated or expended for Colombia, Dominican Republic, Guatemala, Haiti, Liberia, Nicaragua, Pakistan, Peru, Russia, Sudan, or Zaire except as provided through the regular notification procedures of the Committees on Appropriations: Provided, That this section shall not apply to funds appropriated by this Act to carry out the provisions of chapter 1 of part I of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 that are made available for Nicaragua.
