international development association Sec. 569. In order to pay for the United States contribution to the tenth replenishment of the resources of the International Development Association authorized in section 526 of Public Law 103–87, there is authorized to be appropriated, without fiscal year limitation, $700,000,000 for payment by the Secretary of the Treasury.
