SEC. 371. OFFICE OF INTERNATIONAL FORESTRY. Section 2405 of the Food, Agriculture, Conservation, and Trade Act of 1990 (7 U.S.C. 6704) is amended by adding at the end the following: “(d) Authorization of Appropriations.— There are authorized to be appropriated for each of fiscal years 1996 through 2002 such sums as are necessary to carry out this section.”.
