SEC. 373. FORESTRY INCENTIVES PROGRAM. Section 4 of the Cooperative Forestry Assistance Act of 1978 (16 U.S.C. 2103) is amended— (1) in subsection (j), by striking “annually” and inserting “for each of fiscal years 1996 through 2002”; and (2) by striking subsection (k).
