SEC. 202. TRADE AND DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANCE. Section 101 of the Agricultural Trade Development and Assistance Act of 1954 (7 U.S.C. 1701) is amended— (1) by striking “developing countries” each place it appears and inserting “developing countries and private entities”; and (2) in subsection (b), by inserting “and entities” before the period at the end.
