SEC. 213. GENERAL PROVISIONS. Section 403 of the Agricultural Trade Development and Assistance Act of 1954 (7 U.S.C. 1733) is amended— (1) in subsection (b)— (A) in the subsection heading, by striking “Consultations” and inserting “Impact on Local Farmers and Economy”; and (B) by striking “consult with” and all that follows through “other donor organizations to”; (2) in subsection (c)— (A) by striking “from countries”; and (B) by striking “for use” and inserting “or use”; (3) in subsection (f)— (A) by inserting “or private entities, as appropriate,” after “from countries”; and (B) by inserting “or private entities” after “such countries”; and (4) in subsection (i)(2), by striking subparagraph (C).
