SEC. 263. TRIGGERED EXPORT ENHANCEMENT. (a) Readjustment of Support Levels.— Section 1302 of the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1990 (Public Law 101–508; 7 U.S.C. 1421 note) is repealed. (b) Triggered Marketing Loans and Export Enhancement.— Section 4301 of the Omnibus Trade and Competitiveness Act of 1988 (Public Law 100–418; 7 U.S.C. 1446 note) is repealed. (c) Effective Date.— The amendments made by this section shall be effective beginning with the 1996 crops of wheat, feed grains, upland cotton, and rice.
