SEC. 265. DEBT-FOR-HEALTH-AND-PROTECTION SWAP. (a) In General.— Section 1517 of the Food, Agriculture, Conservation, and Trade Act of 1990 (7 U.S.C. 1706) is repealed. (b) Technical Amendment.— Subsection (e)(3) of the Food for Progress Act of 1985 (7 U.S.C. 1736o(e)(3)) is amended by striking “section 106” and inserting “section 103”.
