SEC. 402. COMMODITY DISTRIBUTION PROGRAM; COMMODITY SUPPLEMENTAL FOOD PROGRAM. (a) Reauthorization.— The first sentence of section 4(a) of the Agriculture and Consumer Protection Act of 1973 (Public Law 93–86; 7 U.S.C. 612c note) is amended by striking “1995” and inserting “2002”. (b) Funding.— Section 5 of the Agriculture and Consumer Protection Act of 1973 (Public Law 93–86; 7 U.S.C. 612c note) is amended— (1) in subsection (a)(2), by striking “1995” and inserting “2002”; (2) in subsection (d)(2), by striking “1995” and inserting “2002”; and (3) by adding at the end the following: 110 STAT. 1029 “(1) Carried-Over Funds.— Not more than 20 percent of any commodity supplemental food program food funds carried over under this section shall be available for administrative expenses of the program.”.
