SEC. 186. COMMISSION PROCEDURES. (a) Meetings.— The Commission shall meet on a regular basis (as determined by the chairperson) and at the call of the chairperson or a majority of its members. (b) Quorum.— A majority of the members of the Commission shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business.
