SEC. 814. NATIONAL RESEARCH AND TRAINING CENTENNIAL CENTERS. Section 1448 of the National Agricultural Research, Extension, and Teaching Policy Act of 1977 (7 U.S.C. 3222c) is amended— (1) in subsection (a)(1), by inserting “, or fiscal years 1996 and 1997,” after “1995”; and (2) in subsection (f), by striking “1995” and inserting “1997”.
