SEC. 816. INTERNATIONAL AGRICULTURAL RESEARCH AND EXTENSION. Section 1458(a)(8) of the National Agricultural Research, Extension, and Teaching Policy Act of 1977 (7 U.S.C. 3291(a)(8)) is amended— (1) by striking “establish” and inserting “continue”; and (2) by striking “to be”.
