SEC. 818. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS FOR EXTENSION EDUCATION. Section 1464 of the National Agricultural Research, Extension, and Teaching Policy Act of 1977 (7 U.S.C. 3312) is amended by striking “fiscal year 1995” and inserting “each of fiscal years 1995 through 1997”.
