SEC. 820. AQUACULTURE ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS. (a) Definition.— Section 1404(3) of the National Agricultural Research, Extension, and Teaching Policy Act of 1977 (7 U.S.C. 3103(3)) is amended by inserting “ornamental fish,” after “reptile,”. (b) Reports.— Section 1475 of the National Agricultural Research, Extension, and Teaching Policy Act of 1977 (7 U.S.C. 3322) is amended— (1) by striking subsection (e); and (2) by redesignating subsections (f) and (g) as subsections (e) and (f), respectively. (c) Authorization of Appropriations for Aquaculture Research Facilities.— Section 1476(b) of the National Agricultural Research, Extension, and Teaching Policy Act of 1977 (7 U.S.C. 3323(b)) is amended by striking “1995” and inserting “1997”. (d) Authorization of Appropriations for Research and Extension.— Section 1477 of the National Agricultural Research, Extension, and Teaching Policy Act of 1977 (7 U.S.C. 3324) is amended by striking “1995” and inserting “1997”.
