SEC. 862. PLANT AND ANIMAL PEST AND DISEASE CONTROL PROGRAM. (a) Repeal.— Subtitle F of title XVI of the Food, Agriculture, Conservation, and Trade Act of 1990 (7 U.S.C. 5881 et seq.) is repealed. (b) Conforming amendments.— (1) Section 28(b)(2)(A) of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (7 U.S.C. 136w-3(b)(2)(A)) is amended by striking “and the information required by section 1651 of the Food, Agriculture, Conservation, and Trade Act of 1990”. (2) Section 1627(a)(3) of the Food, Agriculture, Conservation, and Trade Act of 1990 (7 U.S.C. 5821(a)(3)) is amended by striking “and section 1650”. (3) Section 1628 of the Food, Agriculture, Conservation, and Trade Act of 1990 (7 U.S.C. 5831) is amended by striking “section 1650,” each place it appears in subsections (a) and (d). (4) Section 1629 of the Food, Agriculture, Conservation, and Trade Act of 1990 (7 U.S.C. 5832) is amended by striking “section 1650,” each place it appears in subsections (f) and (g)(11).
