SEC. 869. COMMITTEE OF NINE UNDER HATCH ACT OF 1887. Section 3(c)3 of the Act of March 2, 1887 (commonly known as the “Hatch Act of 1887”; 7 U.S.C. 361c(c)3) is amended by striking “, and shall be used” and all that follows through “by this paragraph”.
