SEC. 725. COMMERCIALIZATION ASSISTANCE. Section 1661 of the Food, Agriculture, Conservation, and Trade Act of 1990 (7 U.S.C. 5905) is amended— (1) by striking “Center” each place it appears and inserting “Corporation”; (2) by striking “Board” each place it appears and inserting “Corporate Board”; (3) by striking subsection (c); (4) by redesignating subsections (d), (e), and (f) as subsections (c), (d), and (e), respectively; and (5) in subsection (c) (as so redesignated)— (A) in the subsection heading of paragraph (1), by striking “director” and inserting “executive director”; and (B) by striking “Director” each place it appears and inserting “Executive Director”.
