SEC. 794. UNDER SECRETARY OF AGRICULTURE FOR RURAL ECONOMIC AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT RENAMED THE UNDER SECRETARY OF AGRICULTURE FOR RURAL DEVELOPMENT. (a) In General.— Section 231 of the Department of Agriculture Reorganization Act of 1994 (7 U.S.C. 6941) is amended— (1) in the section heading, by striking “economic and community”; and (2) by striking “Economic and Community” each place such term appears in subsections (a), (b), and (c). (b) Conforming Amendment.— Section 5314 of title 5, United States Code, is amended by striking “Economic and Community”.
