SEC. 634. CLARIFICATION OF WRITTEN STATEMENT REQUIRED OF BORROWERS. Section 333(1)(B) of the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act (7 U.S.C. 1983(1)(B)) is amended by striking “a written statement showing the applicant’s net worth” and inserting “an appropriate written financial statement”.
