SEC. 210. SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON CONVICTED PERSONS. Section 3013(a)(2) of title 18, United States Code, is amended— (1) in subparagraph (A), by striking “$50” and inserting “not less than $100”; and (2) in subparagraph (B), by striking “$200” and inserting “not less than $400”.
