SEC. 731. EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN TYPES OF INFORMATION FROM DEFINITIONS. Section 2510 of title 18, United States Code, is amended— (1) in paragraph (12)— (A) by striking “or” at the end of subparagraph (B); (B) by adding “or” at the end of subparagraph (C); and (C) by adding at the end the following new subparagraph: “(D) electronic funds transfer information stored by a financial institution in a communications system used for the electronic storage and transfer of funds;”; and (2) in paragraph (16)— (A) by adding “or” at the end of subparagraph (D); (B) by striking “or” at the end of subparagraph (E); and (C) by striking subparagraph (F).
