POWER MARKETING ADMINISTRATIONS Construction, Rehabilitation, Operation and Maintenance, Western Area Power Administration (transfer of funds) $5,500,000 of funds appropriated under this heading in the Energy and Water Development Appropriations Act, 1995 (Public Law 103–316), shall be transferred to the appropriation account “Operation and Maintenance, Alaska Power Administration”, to remain available until expended, only for necessary termination expenses.
