SEC. 2801. LAND CONVEYANCE, U.S. ARMY RESERVE, GREENSBORO, ALABAMA. (a) Conveyance Authorized.— The Secretary of the Anny may convey, without consideration, to Hale County, Alabama, all right, title, and interest of the United States in and to a parcel of real property consisting of approximately 5.17 acres and located in Greensboro, Alabama, that was conveyed by Hale County, Alabama, to the United States by warranty deed dated September 12, 1988. (b) Description of Property.— The exact acreage and legal description of the property conveyed under subsection (a) shall be as described in the deed referred to in that subsection. (c) Additional Terms and Conditions.— The Secretary may require such additional terms and conditions in connection with the conveyance under this section as the Secretary considers appropriate to protect the interests of the United States.
