Sec. 2709. In addition to the amounts made available in title IV of Public Law 104–61, under the heading “Research, Development, Test and Evaluation, Navy”, $10,000,000 is hereby appropriated and made available for Shallow Water Mine Counter-measure Demonstrations, of which $5,000,000 shall be made available for the Advanced Lightweight Influence Sweep System Development program.
