PROGRAM AUTHORIZED.

SEC. 6043 PROGRAM AUTHORIZED. (a) Grants to Eligible Partnerships.— The Secretary may make grants to eligible partnerships to pay the Federal share of the costs of the activities described in section 6144. (b) Authorization of Appropriations.—There are authorized to be appropriated $10,000,000 for fiscal year 1988 and such sums as may be necessary for each of fiscal years 1989 through 1993 to carry out the provisions of this chapter.
