Sec. 212. The Secretary may award contracts for hydrographic, geodetic, and photogrammetric surveying and mapping services in accordance with Title IX of the Federal Property and Administrative Services Act of 1949 (40 U.S.C. 541 et seq.). This title may be cited as the “Department of Commerce and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 1996”.
