SEC. 2208. REDUCED FARES FOR PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION. A student attending a public charter school shall be eligible for reduced fares on the Metrobus and Metrorail Transit System on the same terms and conditions as are applicable under section 2 of D.C. Law 2–152, effective March 9, 1979 (D.C. Code, sec. 44–216 et seq.), to a student attending a District of Columbia public school.
