Sec. 109. (a) Designation.— The Walla Walla Veterans Medical and facilities. Center located at 77 Wainwright Drive, Walla Walla, Washington, shall be known and designated as the “Jonathan M. Wainwright Memorial VA Medical Center”. (b) References.— Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other record of the United States to the Walla Walla Veterans Medical Center referred to in subsection (a) shall be deemed to be a reference to the “Jonathan M. Wainwright Memorial VA Medical Center”.
