Sec. 133. Sections 431(f) and 433(b)(5) of the District of Columbia Self-Government and Governmental Reorganization Act, approved December 24, 1973 (87 Stat. 813; Public Law 93–198; D.C. Code, secs. 11–1524 and title 11, App. 433), are amended to read as follows: (a) Section 431(f) (D.C. Code, sec. 11–1524) is amended to read as follows: “(f) Members of the Tenure Commission shall serve without compensation for services rendered in connection with their official duties on the Commission.”. 110 STAT. 1321–92 (b) Section 433(b)(5) (title 11, App. 433) is amended to read as follows: “(5) Members of the Commission shall serve without compensation for services rendered in connection with their official duties on the Commission.”.
