SEC. 6144. DEFINITIONS. As used in this chapter: (1) The term “regional educational laboratory” means a regional educational laboratory supported by the Secretary under section 405(d)(4)(A)(i) of the General Education Provisions Act (20 U.S.C. 1221e(d)(4)(A)(i)). (2) The term “eligible entity” means any entity or combination of entities described in section 6142(a).
