SEC. 143. INCREASED STANDARDIZATION, RATIONALIZATION, AND INTEROPERABILITY OF ASSISTANCE AND SALES PROGRAMS. Paragraph (6) of section 515(a) of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 (22 U.S.C. 2321i(a)(6)) is amended by striking “among members of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization and with the Armed Forces of Japan, Australia, and New Zealand”.
