SEC. 6303. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS. Section 3(c) of the Job Training Partnership Act is amended to read as follows: “(c) There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out title III— “(1) $980,000,000 for fiscal year 1989; and “(2) such sums as may be necessary for each succeeding fiscal year.”.
