SEC. 233. CANCELLATION. Section 6(b) (7 U.S.C. 136d(b)) is amended by adding after the eighth sentence the following: “When a public health use is affected, the Secretary of Health and Human Services should provide available benefits and use information, or an analysis thereof, in accordance with the procedures followed and subject to the same conditions as the Secretary of Agriculture in the case of agricultural pesticides.”.
