SEC. 406. AUTHORIZATION FOR INCREASED MONITORING. For the fiscal years 1997 through 1999, there is authorized to be appropriated in the aggregate an additional $12,000,000 for increased monitoring by the Secretary of Health and Human Services of pesticide residues in imported and domestic food.
