Office of Risk Management For administrative and operating expenses, as authorized by the Federal Agriculture Improvement and Reform Act of 1996 (7 110 STAT. 1581U.S.C. 6933), $64,000,000: Provided, That not to exceed $700 shall be available for official reception and representation expenses, as authroized by 7 U.S.C. 1506(i).
