SEC. 5113. REPEAL OF PROVISIONS.The second paragraph of the material relating to the Bureau of Standards in the first section of the Act of July 16, 1914 (15 U.S.C. 280), the last paragraph of the material relating to Contingent and Miscellaneous Expenses in the first section of the Act of March 4, 1913 (15 U.S.C. 281), and the first section of the Act of May 14, 1930 (15 U.S.C. 282) are repealed.
