SEC. 205. PROVISIONS RELATING TO LIBRARY OF CONGRESS. The provisions of law relating to the Library of Congress, as codified in chapter 5 of title 2, United States Code, are amended as follows: section 223 of the Legislative Reorganization Act of 1946 (2 U.S.C. 132b) is amended by striking out “House Administration” and inserting in lieu thereof “House Oversight”.
