SEC. 216. PROVISIONS CODIFIED IN APPENDICES TO TITLE 5, UNITED STATES CODE. The provisions of law codified in appendices to title 5, United States Code, are amended as follows: (1) Section 103(h)(l)(A)(i)(I) of the Ethics in Government Act of 1978 (5 U.S.C. App. 103(h)(l)(A)(i)(I)) is amended by striking out “Clerk” the second place it appears and inserting in lieu thereof “Chief Administrative Officer”. (2) Section 109(13)(A) of the Ethics in Government Act of 1978 (5 U.S.C. App. 103(13XA)) is amended by striking out “Clerk” and inserting in lieu thereof “Chief Administrative Officer”.
