SEC. 219. PROVISIONS RELATING TO MONEY AND FINANCE. (a) Use of Vehicles Amendment.— Section 802(d) of the Ethics Reform Act of 1989 (31 U.S.C. 1344 note) is amended by striking out “House Administration” and inserting in lieu thereof “House Oversight”. 110 STAT. 1748 (b) Title 31, United States Code, Amendments.— The provisions of law relating to money and finance, enacted as title 31, United States Code, are amended as follows: (1) Section 1551(c)(2) of title 31, United States Code, is amended by striking out “Clerk” and inserting in lieu thereof “Chief Administrative Officer”. (2) Section 6102a(c) of title 31, United States Code, is amended by striking out “House Administration” and inserting in lieu thereof “House Oversight”. (3) Section 6203(a)(3) of title 31, United States Code, is amended by striking out “House Administration” and inserting in lieu thereof “House Oversight”.
