SEC. 222. PROVISIONS RELATING TO THE PUBLIC HEALTH AND WELFARE. The provisions of law relating to the public health and welfare, as codified in title 42, United States Code, are amended as follows: (1) Section 303d. of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954 (42 U.S.C. 2259(d)) is amended by striking out “House Administration” and inserting in lieu thereof “House Oversight”. (2) Section 6004(a)(4) of the Solid Waste Disposal Act (42 U.S.C. 6964) is amended by striking out “House Administration” and inserting in lieu thereof “House Oversight”.
