SEC. 247. INJUNCTIVE RELIEF RELATING TO HEALTH CARE OFFENSES. (a) In General.— Section 1345(a)(1) of title 18, United States Code, is amended— (1) by striking “or” at the end of subparagraph (A); (2) by inserting “or” at the end of subparagraph (B); and (3) by adding at the end the following: “(C) committing or about to commit a Federal health care offense.”. (b) Freezing of Assets.— Section 1345(a)(2) of title 18, United States Code, is amended by inserting “or a Federal health care offense” after “title)”.
