(a) Defense Intelligence Agency.—Section 1604(e)(1) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking out “during fiscal years 1986 and 1987” and inserting in lieu thereof “during fiscal years 1988 and 1989”. 101 STAT. 1016 (b) Military Departments.—Section 1590(e)(1) of such title is amended by striking out “during fiscal year 1987” and inserting in lieu thereof “during fiscal years 1988 and 1989”.
