ESTABLISHMENT OP CHARLES PINCKNEY NATIONAL HISTORIC SITE.

SECTION 1. ESTABLISHMENT OP CHARLES PINCKNEY NATIONAL HISTORIC SITE. (a) Establishment.—In order to provide for the benefit, inspiration, and education of the American people, there is hereby established the Charles Pinckney National Historic Site (hereinafter in this Act referred to as the “historic site”) in the State of South Carolina. (b) Map.—The historic site shall consist of the lands and interests in lands, and improvements thereon, including the Snee Farm, as generally depicted on the map entitled “Charles Pinckney National Historic Site”, numbered NACPNHS 80,000 and dated June 1988.
