BOTANIC GARDEN Salaries and Expenses (rescission and transfer of funds) Of the funds made available until expended by transfer under this heading in Public Law 103–283, $4,000,000 are rescinded. Of the funds made available until expended by transfer under this heading in Public Law 103–283, $3,000,000 shall be transferred to the appropriation “Architect of the Capitol, Capitol Buildings and Grounds, Capitol Complex Security Enhancements”, and shall remain available until expended.
