GENERAL ACCOUNTING OFFICE Salaries and Expenses (rescission) Of the funds made available under this heading in Public Law 103–283, $2,617,000 are rescinded. Administrative Provision Sec. 702. The General Accounting Office may for such employees as it deems appropriate authorize a payment to employees who voluntarily separate before October 1, 1995, whether by retirement or resignation, which payment shall be paid in accordance with the provisions of section 5597(d) of title 5, United States Code.
