SEC. 305. CIVIL AIR PATROL CORPORATION. (a) Funding.— Of the amount authorized to be appropriated pursuant to section 301 for operation and maintenance, $14,526,000 shall be available for the Civil Air Patrol Corporation. (b) Amount for Certain Operations.— Of the amount made available to the Civil Air Patrol Corporation pursuant to subsection (a), not less than 25 percent of such amount shall be reserved to cover the costs of search and rescue missions and disaster relief missions.
